Road Skills Test - THIRD PARTY ROAD TESTING

The State of Louisiana has allowed for driving schools to offer the Third-Party Road Skill Test for the purpose of issuing the state required road test.  In order for any driving school to become certified, special training and rigorous requirements must be met.  By offering this service, we are able to set up flexible appointments.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• The applicant must successfully complete the road skills test before issuance of a Class D or E driver’s license. This includes first-time applicants and applicants with learner permits.

 

• The applicant must use Top Cop Driving Academy's vehicle for the road skills test as a safety precaution for both the applicant and the examiner.

 

• Top Cop Driving Academy's cars are currently licensed, insured and have passed vehicle inspections by a motor vehicle examiner.

  1. Create or log into your PayPal account.

  2. After accessing your PayPal account, click on the “Send Money” tab.

  3. In the “To” box, use the following email address” “topcopdrivingacademy@gmail.com”. Make sure to double check you spelled the email address correctly before proceeding. If you misspell or send your payment to a different email address, your request will not be processed because you are sending your payment to the wrong place.

  4. In the box labeled “Amount”, enter the amount you are paying:​​​​​

     • $40.00 - Road Skills Test - using personal vehicle for test
